For some of the one-off cleans we offer, we will supply the cleaning materials. For regular contract cleaning, you have the option to source and supply the relevant materials yourself or we can source and purchase them on your behalf and invoice you for the cost of the materials and store them on your site. These requirements will be discussed during your consultation.

Minimum contract size is approximately 20 hours per week depending on the location and other additional services (eg, regular window cleaning, quarterly deep cleans, etc.). This would be assessed on a case by case basis during your consultation.

Our rates can vary depending on the service that’s required. There are several factors that can influence the cost of your clean which will be discussed during your consultation with one of our management team.

Typically, our clients sign a 1 year contract with a 1 month notice period thereon. We can accommodate rolling contracts if the weekly hours are circa 30+ hours per week.

At We Mean Clean, we have an intricate selection process before starting work with us. We carry out an in-depth interview to ensure they have both relevant and sufficient experience along with impeccable customer service skills, we then follow up on and inspect references from previous employers and carry out a DBS check prior to starting any jobs with us.
